Use one card for one choice your child may hear. Keep completed cards private. Leave names, addresses, child details, private messages and legal arrangements off shareable copies.

A proposal stays open until the relevant adult clearly agrees to the exact words. A sent message, silence or a child's report is not confirmation. If contact is unsafe or restricted, use the established route. This card cannot change a court order or decide legal authority.
